You choose your dates and send a reservation request. Nothing is charged at that point. We contact you personally within 24 hours to finalize the arrangements, then send a secure payment link to confirm the stay. You reserve directly with your hosts, never through a platform.

Each package is one price for the full stay: the residence, a private driver meeting you at Jorge Chávez and returning for your departure, a welcome basket of your choice, reserve wine, pisco, or craft beer, waiting in the apartment, and hosts on call for tables, reservations, and plans throughout. The Weekend runs Friday to Sunday, the Week runs Sunday to Sunday, and the Fortnight is fourteen nights, arriving any day Sunday through Thursday. You can also add a chauffeured SUV and driver, up to ten hours a day, for as many days as you like. Longer stays earn better terms on the car; full chauffeur-focused stays are quoted personally.

Yes. Reserve the residence on its own, then add the private airport transfer or bottles from the welcome cellar, Peruvian wine, pisco, craft beer, or sparkling water chilled before you arrive. Add any combination, or keep it to the apartment. Everything is chosen while you book.

Share your flight numbers during booking. We track your arrival, and your driver is waiting at international arrivals with your name. The same car returns on departure day, scheduled to your flight. The drive to Miraflores is 30 to 45 minutes. The transfer is $100 each way, and it is included in every package.

Two nights minimum. Reservations need at least 7 days' notice so your arrival can be prepared properly, and the calendar opens up to 9 months ahead.

Up to four guests across two bedrooms and two full baths. It suits couples, families, and executives equally well: a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi for working stays, room-darkening shades and a full kitchen for longer ones.

Foreign visitors may qualify for Peru’s IGV lodging exemption when legal requirements are met. We confirm eligibility during booking; passport and Andean immigration documentation may be requested at check-in.

On Malecón Cisneros in Miraflores, Lima, directly across from Parque del Amor on the clifftop above the Costa Verde. Larcomar is a 10 minute walk, Parque Kennedy about 15, and the airport 30 to 45 minutes by car. The residence is the building's private top floor: the elevator rises to the ninth floor, and a stairway continues two short flights up to your door.
